Description
Coriander plant (Coriandrum sativum) is an annual plant-herb of the Apiidae family. It is native to areas spanning from Southern Europe and North Africa to Southwest Asia. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and dried seeds are the parts traditionally used in cooking. Suitable for recipes with lemon, soups, poultry dishes, fish, legumes, pickles, etc.
