Shipping Orders

  • Orders are sent via courier companies
  • As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a relevant confirmation email which also includes the waybill number with which you can track your order
  • Orders are processed, shipped and delivered during business days and hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Saturday shipping is possible upon selection and if it is provided as a service for the destination

 

Shipping Options

For receiving your order, the options we provide are the following:

  • Courier with estimated delivery time (basic shipping service): we can ship your order to you with one of our partner courier companies. The estimated delivery time from us to the courier of your order is within 24 hours.

Shipping Cost

Our shipments are made as follows:

Greece

  • With basic shipping service
    • FREE for purchases over €50 through one of the cooperating courier companies, on working days in all cities of Greece without the slightest charge to you.
    • For purchases up to €50 there is a charge of €3.5 through one of the cooperating courier companies, on working days in all cities in Greece

With our basic shipping service we aim to deliver your order to:

  • Greece: 1-5 business days

Unsuccessful Delivery

  • In the event that your order arrives and the courier company cannot find someone to deliver the package, then they will make another 2-3 attempts by leaving a notice at the delivery address or sending you an SMS so that you can contact them.
  • Your parcel will remain at the courier company's Distribution Center for 7 – 10 days from the day of dispatch.
  • In the event that you do not contact us and 7-10 days have passed since the courier company's 1st contact with you, the product is automatically returned to us.
  • Once the order is returned to us, we will contact you to re-arrange shipping.
  • In case the order is returned and the payment has been made by cash on delivery, in order to resend the order it will have to be prepaid.
  • If the unsuccessful delivery of the order is due to us, we undertake to resend the order at our expense.
  • If the unsuccessful delivery of the order is due to any error or omission in the delivery and contact details you provided, then the cost of the second shipment will be borne by you.

Force Majeure

If your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we will contact you using the information you have provided when submitting your order in order to agree on the completion of the order.

Track Order

To track the status of your order you can:

  • log into your Account and see what stage it is in or
  • use the bill of lading number which you can find in your order information and by going to "Search shipment" (Link) you will be informed exactly where your parcel is
