  • If you arrived from your account:<\/strong> The Order Number has been filled in automatically. If the IBAN field does not appear, it means you paid via Card\/Stripe, and your refund will be processed automatically to that payment method, without the need for a bank account.<\/li>\n
  • If you purchased as a Guest:<\/strong> Manually enter the Order Number received in your purchase confirmation email, as well as your IBAN if you selected payment via Cash on Delivery or bank deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
