  • If you arrived from your account: The Order Number has been filled in automatically. If the IBAN field does not appear, it means you paid via Card/Stripe, and your refund will be processed automatically to that payment method, without the need for a bank account.
  • If you purchased as a Guest: Manually enter the Order Number received in your purchase confirmation email, as well as your IBAN if you selected payment via Cash on Delivery or bank deposit.

🚚 Return & Shipping Costs:

  • Cost Surcharge: The direct costs of returning the products (courier charges) **are borne exclusively by the buyer**, unless the product received was defective or different from the one ordered.
  • Shipping Method: You can return the parcel using any courier service you prefer. We recommend keeping the tracking number until the process is complete.

  1. Confirmation: Once you click submit, you will immediately receive an automated email confirming receipt of your request.
  2. Product Returns: Please return the products in their original, unopened packaging (without the security seals having been tampered with or the contents altered), enclosing the retail receipt or invoice.
  3. Review and Approval: The company reserves the right to reject the return request (or reduce the refund amount) if it is determined that the products have been opened, used, or altered, or if their factory seal has been broken, given that these are food products related to health protection and hygiene.
  4. Refund: The refund of the value of the products (excluding the initial courier or cash on delivery costs, if any) will be completed within the stipulated working days from the date we receive and check the returned items.
